I tried unlocking a deal by paying the amount displayed for a vendor. After the transaction, no deal is revealed or added to my account. The UI isn't clear on how the deal works. Once someone pays for a deal, it should be displayed in my account somewhere. Don't have an easy way to contact support in the app. You should always display a number or email for customers to contact if they need anything. Poor customer service!!!

Excellent app for wedding planning. They have done a good job in aggregating the information around different vendors and, also prepared a to-do list for users to refer to (which is really helpful to keep a track of things to be done). Also, the team is very approachable and prompt. The best feature of the app is the community reach out.

The app is not built properly, interface needs to be more user friendly, once you apply filters and start searching as per your requirements, you will not be able browse the venues. This app needs more improvements. I hope this feedback helps you.

I tried to open and search according to my requirements on wedding. But it keeps puting me on the home page again and again. I don't like the service, because I am not able to do the research since 1hour and the app keeps on popping the home page. And again I have to filter accordingly. It's so frustrating.

They provide a complete bot leads , on a yearly basis 2-3 leads gets converted on a best scale profiles.They have a particular team members you come and enquire on our page for shoots and all of the sudden he doesn't reply from the second follow up call. This is not worth paying such amount. And their team tries to potrae it has our mistakes or undone things for getting bot or unconverted leads. So I request everyone instead of paying these scams do use those amount on digital marketing.

Extremely disappointing experience with the e-invite feature. All event dates and venues were replaced with incorrect information, despite clear instructions. The support team failed to make the necessary corrections. Poor attention to detail and lack of proper customization. Not worth the hassle.
