Despite the summary on here stating that you cancel your personal data with Squadi at any time, this is untrue. I have sent 3 emails stating I wanted my personal information and bank details deleted, this has not happened. Money was taken from my account, when I tried to cancel my personal details on my profile on the app. Personal information is stored elsewhere and it is not deleted when requested. RESPONDING TO MESSAGE BELOW - PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I HAVE EMAILED 3 TIMES!! NOT BEEN SORTED.

Unusable, inaccurate and poorly designed. Game information is always wrong. Results are wrong. League tables wrong. Hard to navigate, if you have 2 accounts, hard to switch. Did any user testing occur when developed? Flawed on every level. Football Queensland should be ashamed, although it's a good reflection on them to be honest. Take your money then let you struggle with the actual administration.

It would be great if when changes are made to your game that you receive a notification. I shouldn't have to check squadi every day leading up to a game to make sure it's still the same info. This weeks game has changed day and location within 3days!! No notification. Our club didn't know even know. Pathetic. Please do something about this.

It's possibly the worst app I've ever used. I can't believe that the developers got paid. It's always incorrect, last year one team scored - 1, results are released then changed, when a notice is posted it's posted 3 times. There's a girl on fb who keeps the football Brisbane scores and results more accurately and she's not even paid.

If I could give this app zero I would. Updates are required weekly. If our soccer club didn't require the use of this app I would delete it without hesitation. It's easily the worst app I have ever used.

Poor app. The fact that you need to scroll through all the previous games played to find your next game to be played is ridiculous! It's too hard to find your team at the start of a season. The ladder is never accurate. I can't believe Football Qld would use such a poor app.

Without a doubt the least user-friendly app in the history of everything. The bugs are the feature. Completely useless and a waste of time. Whoever convinced Football Australia to move from GameDay to this atrocity should be fired and blacklisted from all employment opportunities from now to forever. Edit: I wonder why WSA responded to all of the other comments posted around the time of my original post, but not to mine 🤔 I sure hope it's not a race thing...

Horrible app and players are asked to pay $80 to use this app by QLD football. QLD football should look for a better option. Whatsapp works much better in comms then this stupid app. I am trying to register my kids for holiday camps and have entered address on every page. On the last page it again wants me to enter it all manually but still would not proceed to payment stages. And address is not even a required field. Seems like an amateur developed app.
