The app is buggy (issues remembering the address, filtering, wrong button names), bit the worst thing is the customer support. I am unable to continue a chat I have started, i receive a response by email from a generic email address (and the call center doesn't even let you talk with support). I have wasted a lot of my time and had had a terrible experience.

Gave me an error message saying I wasn't charged but ended up charging me twice. They don't have their own delivery drivers and so makes the delivery tracker obselete. Customer service is absolutely horrible. First thing in customer service, the customer is always right. When you request a refund or problem in the USA Uber Eats gives you a full refund no questions at all and plus they give you a discount for your next purchase. Poland has a long way to go when it comes to customer service.

Absolutely worst food delivery app available, avoid at all cost! Starting with the app itself, it doesn't work smooth, the UI is terrible, looks like it was made by an intern. Next, the value proposition - much higher delivery fees and minimum order amounts. Customer support used to be there, but now it isn't. Just some FAQs, you can try sending an email if you really want it, that's it. Courier often is visible on the map standing in one spot or moving in an opposite direction. Just use Wolt.

This used to be a really good app/service - now it has deteriorated beyond recognition. No vouchers for points, barely any promos, huge delivery fees, veeery long delivery times, no customer hotline like in the past. Literally any foodie app right now is better than this

It is not working. It took my money and didn't send my order to restaurant. They don't have any help for clients. Also the app looks broken, some random information are in other languages and whole experience was negative.

After two years, I decided to update my review. App definitely doesn't crush as often as it used to. The interface is somewhat unchanged but that's good. Still no real time tracking unless it's a "bike" delivery. The point system became useless after some time. Not only it isn't possible to redeem points for pyszne discounts but also there are less options in general to utilize the points. Other than Crocks the options are not appealing to the customer. Still much room for improvement -3🌟

Avoid this app, seems like they scam tourists! I visited Krakow recently and ordered a pizza and it said 10-20 minute delivery, but after payment it changed to 90 minutes. I phoned to cancel and the order was not delivered, however Pyszne.pl will not refund me and are now ignoring my emails.

im a heavy user, ordering several times a week. the issue i take with the app is the delivery times which are not accurate where i wait twice as long. also, the app shows a map/ delivery route but doesnt show realtime movement of driver but instead shows a countdown clock that just starts over and over so much so that the diabetic in our family waits for the foods arrival and then takes insulin and watches us eat and eats the food reheated.
