I have zain wifi and it sucks these guys are fraud.they give us malfunctioning router which doesn't work and when I play games on this network it block my connection when I switch to mobile network I can play games. But this is really sucks at it's service. Many times I get frustrated with the internet. Literally KSA is not a good place to live they have technology because of money but don't work on problems they're just running their country by others Saudi ppl can't do much.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I tried to buy myself a package for just 30 days, and it made me download 2 different apps and pay before doing anything as well. Not to mention, the refund happens after 14 DAYS, which is too long! I also didn't like how limited their packages were. I would not recommend anyone to use zain. Please use another provider and save yourself months and years of stress down the line.

If you are new to Saudia. Don't buy Zain. Not worth at all I have purchased this from airport with good 30 GB data but not working in center of Riyadh and even in qimat Al rehab area not even in the way. I am very disappointed by the zain. I will all of you not buy this, consider STC or Mobily. Zain Not Suggested at All.

Good app. They should add a widget for Android phones to easily track data usage.

It asks me to refresh screen & try again on password creation section. I deleted & reinstalled it but still facing the same issue.

Very Bad Application... Everytime when I want to subscribe new package, nothing to show any package in Zain App When your mb finish, you can't start new package before the time

Today, on August 3, 2024, I went zain office sania mall Jeddah to port my Sawa SIM to Zain due to signal issues at my home. The representative informed me that I could not port to a prepaid connection and must switch to a postpaid connection, which costs 75 SAR for only 10 GB of data. However, a prepaid connection is available for 79 SAR with 30 GB of data. After checking the Zain application the option to port to a prepaid connection is indeed available. I don't know why defferent rools
