App only works sometimes. When you are on prepaid electricity you need to be able to check your balance and make payments. This app worked for me twice and has not opened since. I keep getting error messages.

Very undescriptive app! Everything relevant to actual usage daily is hidden or not available.. it sucks that this company chooses to hide their pricing and what's actually used.. I wouldn't recommend this company or their app if there was a choice available

Would really like for it to stop changing to landscape mode when I turn my phone. I have that setting turned off on my phone so why is the app doing it?

Sometimes it lets you in, other times it doesnt recignize you. Then you have to call customer service to reset... Very frustrating
