I was fan of your services but because you suddenly increased %50 on km (3kc to 4.5kc each km) for yaris economy, there is no sense to use your services anymore. You lost your loyal customer and I will be renting from other carsharing company from now on. And I will recommend it to everyone that way. The thing the way you did is unethical and wasnt nice at all. Sorry. I had good time with you guys.

Great carsharing in Prague! The registration is the quickest and the easiest on the market. Even the cheapest cars are quite good Toyotas, equipped with computer and back view camera. This carsharing is available even for new drivers with no experience (like me:)). You could park the car for free in all blue and purple parking zones. Also the call center is very capable, friendly and understanding. I absolutely love it❤️ Option to upgrade insurance to plan without deductible would be nice.

The best car sharing app in czech republic.. after providing proof of address of my Hotel booking, they approved and activated my account!! the car rental itself, it is just great! all the cars are super new and comfortable! No problems starting or finishing my rental, I paid 12 euros for having the car 3:30 hours and drove 45kms, no hidden or additional costs, customer service is available 24/7, While I was in the rental car I was communicating with their customer service in chat.. the best!

I took a ride today and couldn't return the car, some unexpected error. Friday morning, imprisoned to an Anytime car, I decided that I will fight for my freedom and call in support. It took 3 clicks in-app, to get to a phone number and 5 seconds until a human operator picked up the phone. No dialpad labyrinths or funky elevator music (although those can be a good laugh). The operator returned the car for me and refunded the time the app was crashing. Took less time than to write this.
Cosmic Grade
It happened already two times that the app didn't fi ish the car rent. I clicked on "Finish rent" the car locks and a bit later I get a ping from the app that the parking is still running and, of course, I pay for it. I thought this was an exception related to my phone/app, but then I stumbled upon people on Facebook groups and other reviewing websites that encountered same issue!! That means it is not an issue but a probably known "bug" that brings them extra cash.

Lately there is an issue every time I return the car, all kind of errors that delay the return process. This is counting as paid time. So there are technical issues that need to be fixed. And in general the cars need to be cleaner and checked for other errors (wipers not working, Bluetooth not working, pieces of car touching the ground etc.) as this happens quite often.

I had bad experience in this app and company. The application has a problem to reduce the amount of credit card, but it takes a penalty for late payment from the customer, unfortunately there is no other way to pay and they do not even respond correctly to emails. But their cars are clean and comfortable and usually you can find them everywhere in Prague especially at the city center.
