Don't you just love it when developers make a brand new version of a perfectly functional app, and then takes away functionality in the new version? Because I definitely don't love it. The old version was better in user friendliness, speed, and looks. Before, I could go to my old orders, pick the same restaurant and choose from the menu. Now there is no link with orders & restaurants whatsoever! This mean you spend more time manually looking up the same restaurant again

The app is OK i guess, except the complete lack of customer support for your order. Some deliveries will delayed, and you can't figure out why, and you can't complain to anyone...you just wait and wait... Edit: in 90% of cases, all is good and the delivery is on time. I just wish that when there is a delay, more info would be provided. Edit: thanks for your prompt answer Jakub. That gets Foodora an increased rating

The discounts are great but they are designed to make you spend more money (like any other bussines) design is fine and if you can afford buying meal every now and than the app isn't bad. That said the limited time only deals are a scam truthly that's why I am giving only 3 stars

Food is always late, always cold. I've had the wrong order twice now, while watching the driver and his mates eat my dinner. Orders get cancelled all the time. Sick of getting no food after 2 hours and just a refund.

The prices advertised before placing the order are completely different from the ones at the checkout. The app shows free delivery when you choose, but adds up the delivery cost at checkout, which I consider to be false advertising. The app also adds up "service fees". The final price (food and delivery) ends up higher than the same order placed with the competitors despite the same food price and the seemingly better "initial offer" that is advertised before the order is actually placed.

Bugged, waiting on all steps 1 minute loading, even on opening. Asked for my prefilled address every. Single. Time. Edit: The app is now much faster, so that was fixed. But demanding location services to be on is nonsense, since the address is present (it's prefilled). But I have to verify every time that I didn't move to a new place, which is stupid. There should be an option at least to disable this.

Untested update. Confusing user interface and experience. When there are no restaurants nearby, there is no message, just the map. Difficult to find where I can log in (finally I found it, link disguised as header). I have locations turned off and manually type in my location, this seems to cause problems. As a user you get the feeling that there is missing lots of information and that something is not working. No testing of UX and UI. Can't find my order history when logged in. UNTESTED.

Hello, Great app. I have few suggestions: 1- add a note section with each order/ dish, so we can ask the restaurant for changes. It's not present in all restaurants. 2- rating service in the app. I forget most times to rate the restaurant/ food/ courier because I don't have my email notifications on. Thanks! One more thing! We not have the app "ping" the customer at the arrival of the carrier instead of waiting for their call..
