The food is good, and I will order from them again soon, but the app is awful. Just use the website. I've just received a notification and e-mail to say that my curry has been dispatched. This is true...but useless. I ordered the curry about fifteen hours ago and ate it about 13 and a half hours ago. Every order gives me four app notifications AND four e-mails. Why? There is a loyalty system that seems designed to irritate... I earn twenty points for each order but can only ever redeem fifteen at a time. I get constant SMS messages telling me to download the app to get 'cashback' but this simply doesn't happen. The app recently updated itself and I couldn't redeem my loyalty points on the next order. I only downloaded the app to get this fictional cashback. Otherwise, it is the same as the website. Also, there are two prices for most of the dishes - one in the photo and second (higher) one in the listing. I am sure they could crop this out.

The app doesn't stay open. Since ordering has been centralised the quality of food is not of the previous standard. When I last tried to order 3 out of 4 menu items were not available.

Very disappointing. Have you changed ownership? The portions are less, the chicken over done and the breads were terrible. In all the years we have been using curry box and totally happy this is the worst meal we have had.

You have an option to leave notes with your order, however, staff don't follow these. I simply ask for chicken pieces cut in half, as they're too big.
