I use okcredit regularly for 4-5 years. Its useful and use friendly. But now a days I am facing an error Whenever my friend update any debit or credit entry. It doesnt show in my app. I have to uinstall and reinstall app. After reinstalling app It shows all entry. So I have to always do this annoying stuff. Please do the needful. Waiting for your reply.

Don't take loan from this App. This is my first loan and I thought they would improve their service but surprisingly it became more horrible. The app doesn't work in low network and the page doesn't go forward to do payment. I was not able to make payment due to their own failure and for which next day their agents bombarded me with thousands of sms and calls. This is harrasment. I will report this to RBI THIS WILL BE MY LAST AND WOULD SUGGEST OTHER TO AVOID THIS APP.

I have digitized all my transactions through Ok Credit, and so far, I have received excellent service from them. I haven't faced any issues regarding transactions, and I have also taken loans when needed through this platform.

You will not get any benefit of taking the premium plan, the money will be wasted because in this plan the customer will not get reminder messages, then the reminder messages for not taking any benefit of this plan will be sent through your SIM only, which means you will have to spend double, it is better to keep using this application for free

Worst customer service experience, I was a regular customer of ok credit now I am not able to login via my mobile number because I don't have access that number, now there is no any other option to login and their customer service is not providing any any help regarding to recover my data. Now I have to approach judicial law system

the best app to use for any business holder but i found 1 feature must be added thats some customers wants detailed invoice .(.items should be shorlty merged from customers khata to invoice )..would be more affective and easy to use ❤️❤️❤️ rest is all good ...defaulter option is GOAT feature in this app i may wright much more but plz add above feature that too in customers khata screen there left or right of the corner ❤️❤️❤️👍

That's too good to manage credits , send payment reminder, black list etc. I hope okcredit will start 'auto payment mandates' alike others app for safe and healthy business.
