I would give it a five star since they do fulfill their responsibilities However it takes a little longer to reach the destination but not to forget cost charges are actually very affordable compare to other delivery partner's. You just need to send the item a week before if you want the item to be received in the following week

Very poor service. I booked urgent consignment through Air service but no one is responding. No customer services, Number is not responding, not getting whatsapp response. Don't book any consignment through this service. You can choose any other services rather than this

Such a bad service don't ever go for this one wrong fake customer service numbers .. totally unresponsive. Not even a star also I will give thooo thooo cheeeeeee shame on you guys don't ever open courier service if you don't wanna response you customers....

Such a bad service. They giving fake coustomer care number and not anyone receiving the call.most useless courier service ever seen . It doesn't even deserve half star rating. The most third class service ever seen. The employes are also very rude and don't know how to talk with coustomer. please never use this service ever.

Doesn't deserve even half star. most useless and incompetent courier service.made a mistake choosing this.no customer service,have calling and mailing for more the 4 days but no response,full delay of package and no assurance given,I highly suggest not to use this service.

Worst service i have ever experienced with, the lady here doesn't respond to the service, instead gives mobile no for self detection of the consignment. Low budget courier but not recommended for any valuable or prompt services.

Worst delivery service. Its not showing out of area delivery option. I had to go to the area office to pickup my package because they had not delivered the package at my address. At least they should mention on the app that the area is not covered under the delivery when someone is putting Pincode of the area. Never recommend anyone to opt their services.

This courier service is worst I ever seen and experience. Employee's are really very rude and unprofessional. Even they don't know how to talk to their clients. They didn't delivered my courier to my address by saying that it's out of main city but live in main city area. And asked me to collect my courier. Even the printed wrong addres purposely though the right address was written on my package.
