The app and services of Enodrive are horrible. 90% of the chargers listed in the app you cannot access through enodrive. This caused me and my family to get stuck after having tried 8 different chargers. There is also zero customer service, no number to call. When calling Enovos they have no clue what they are doing and send you to the wrong people over and over again. Was on the phone for 4 hours without a solution. In the end was forced to book a hotel and cancel my trip.. Please be careful!

Terrible, it simply doesn't work. I wonder if they have ever tried to test this app. Please be more professional.

Fine if used with the chargy network, but rather useless for most CPs outside of chargy. Being able to start a charge at a different network is nice, but not being told what the pricing model looks like is unacceptable.

This app is terrible and so is their service. Chargy stations only work occasionally with RFID Card and could not add my credit card without using my bank digipass. Service desk could also not help. App doesn't give any indication when loading or processing forms

Unable to create an account. In order to create an account, an email with a verification code is sent to my email. But the email never arrives... Even tried different email addresses & no email in junk folder either... Update: I managed to create an account on the website.

The app only shows a page to login. But for the life of me I can't find a way to create an account. Not with the app, not on the site. I have ordered and received the mKaart. An email to enovos is left unanswered.

Convenient and easy to use. I have been using the chargy stations in conjunction with the tesla supercharge and I'm happy with the quantity of ev stations they offer. Giving more trips flexibility

This app is completely unreliable. Open stations are closed, some do not exist and there are barely any updates. An absolute nightmare.
