Ive used this app for 6 months now and every time there is a new release the functionality improves whilst keeping it quick and simple to use.

Update review 09/02/22 - BIG MISTAKE UPDATING THIS APP!!!! It scrolls down but itself when editing or adding text. I have to keep scrolling back up to see where I am at typing or editing notes!!!!! Old review - Used to work properly with no issues. Now if you view attached photos you can't exit back out. The only way to go back is to close the app!!!

Very slow at uploading reports 70mb took over 5min on wireless NBN , didn't even finish the upload, came up with error failed to upload please try again, if I had a dollar for everytime that has happened on multiple different internet connections, something has changed for the worse, use to be a decent program

Poor setup for multiple employees and creating jobs for them, always doubles up. Cannot have different colour template for another employee to make the sheduling easier. Even as admin for the business if another creates the job, cannot open and access info of job without changing the assignee. Job history needs to pickup on each job weather phone, tablet or pc made not just some terrible coding as such. Has so much potential to be a great tool for business, but will they listen and adapt these?

Recently this app either on the mobile or desktop has become consistently unreliable. Data not saving forms not loading. This platform is there to reduce workloads and time spent on paperwork and to streamline a business hopefully something is done soon by FORMITIZE on the backend to fix all these issues.

Definitely not working the same on Android as on ios. We had to purchase ipads because the Samsung tablets could not work properly. Formitize support just saying: "There's no issues, it must be our internet connection..." Wow what a joke.😡🤬🤬 If you use formitize use iPhones and iPads... it will save you loads of headaches and frustrations!!!!

Literally the worst app imaginable. It is so slow and has so many bugs in it. This app literally gives me a headache every time I have to use it. I honestly think monkeys could do a better job at making this app work.

The best smart business solution I I ever used. Very cost effective and massive on features. The support team is incredible too.
