Loved this app until a week or so ago. I had to reset my phone and now I cannot log in on the mobile app. It keeps saying "unable to enable push notifications" Have thourghly checked and rechecked and checked again...all permissions are on, shows "no permissions denied" under notifications for this app. I am missing broadcasts, messages but most importantly I am having to manually log in on the website each time. Which is causing all kinds of problems. would rate 0 if possible

I had to replace my phone and now the app is telling me I have to set up a pin because my phone doesn't securely lock - it does. Either way, I go to set up a pin and it will not let me. So I can't clock in and out of work or mark my tasks!

Ever since I installed on my new phone is does not show in my apps where I can adjust the notifications. This REALLY needs to get taken care of ASAP! Why do we want to use your app if it not WORKING!

Was fine before update May 2024. Now a nightmare!!! Now the app refuses to accept data that users need to enter in the app. You have to constantly log off and back in repeatedly until it starts to hold data. And then, when you are trying to clock in/out it constantly has issues letting you do so. You have to open and close the app on average 6 times to get a log in to catch. Unfortunately our employer uses this for everything. Programmers need to pull their head out and fix their mess up!

This mobile app, when it works, is good, however it is very slow at loading and often times wont let me access my messages, my client info, and my ability to clock in and out of shifts. Also you have to click a link to go to the full site to do most of the things anyways. Also the entire website often is down. I have contacted my office and they've tried to fix it through eRSP many times but I t doesn't seem to last. It makes charting more of a hassle

My company forced us to install this app for work. And it's nothing but a headache. This app interferes with phone functions: it plays preloaded with eRSP notification sound at the end of each Instagram, FB, YouTube video, after each phone call and even after alarm. How's that even possible!? So, there's no way to know if you received new broadcast or it's just a glitch from the app. Very annoying, but unfortunately I can't uninstall eRSP, if I want to have my current job. Please fix!!

Terrible- the app makes me re-login because it times out. It's times out very quickly and makes me late to clock-in/out to my shifts. I have it set to remember my password and do a thumbprint login but that doesn't stay activated. App needs serious UPDATING.. I am DISSATISFIED. I have un-installed and re-installed the app several times and that has made NO DIFFERENCE.

I'm unable to use many of the features I was expecting, such as the time clock, calendar, and viewing patient info. Every time I attempt to use the app, I have to go to the mobile site to do anything important. The only things I can even do are view broadcasts and messages, which is frustrating. Additionally, I just received a new phone and it doesn't work on it. Hugely frustrated as this will affect my communication and broadcast acceptance without the notifications. Please fix for LG stylo use
