Your update has to my opinion degraded the readability of double page articles. In the puzzles section, it was about time the keyboard was updated but you haven't made any progress with your extra puzzles interaction. Thought the overall change poor and have decided to cancel my subscription.

No notice of the trial expiry date approaching by email, I forgot that I had the app and have been paying £9.99 every month for the last 3 months. Only noticed when I looked at my accounts.

Since app was updated I can't restore my subscription without a reference which I don't have. I've had to uninstall and re Install , please fix this

Subscribed for years then stopped working. E mailed to complain and didn't get a response. Have unsubscribed and lost the £10 I paid for last month without getting the paper
