this is a stupid app. you have to sign in if you want any news. click on - report street light outage and it loads a page of where you can go to report it. not a special and easy to use form. i'm standing on the road, i'm not going to click buttons. pseg makes it a real pain to report anything because you have to log into the site. i assumed the app would collect the info and report it for you. i don't like the thought that i have to sign in, in order to use it. not all phones have the ability to stay online when they are on the road, and anyone should be able to report things. i tried to sign in, and it couldn't find me via gps, it showed a map starting in minnesota? and i need 2 fingers to scroll? i tried hitting the gps button again, and it took me to the great lakes??? this software needs a lot of interface changes to make it useful.
