App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

Worse than absolutely useless. Use Google Maps for park ride directions instead. The map in this app wouldn't show the location of any rides in the park or give any information about them. The app wouldn't download purchased tickets. Most times I opened the app it said, "Oops! For some reason we couldn't load this page."

Had a wonderful time at port Aventura today. fun for all the family with rides for little and big kids! shows are excellent too. really enjoyed our noodles in the Chinese area too! Dragon Khan is still the best. first rode in 98 and still going strong nearly 30 years later, me and the coaster 😆

Found it usually reliable and definitely no need for a paper one. My daughter and fiancé used it with ease too. Great for booking breakfast and able to amend times easily according to you plans

the ticket overview makes it real easy to keep everyone's tickets and/or express passes handy in one spot Also having the show schedule and the "next up" tab for shows is super helpful to not miss anything.

Trying to use for hotel and it kicks me out, fails to load pages I want to look at (404 errors) and even the customer service gentleman couldn't get it to behave!! Also what I have seen can be a bit confusing for navigating...Pity as they rely on this app for a few things now at PortAventura. It definitely has potential when it is working.

poor app. bad ux - not obvious have to access the most important bit which is the map! search option doesn't actually allow you to search! can move from map to list view but can't order the list alphabetically and if you click a ride there's no option to show it on the map! opt to show queue times - queue times not shown. lack of obvious functionality and bad design. poor.

Virtually prehistoric app. Purchased tickets through it expecting to be able to show them electronically but then read that I had to print them in advance. App then warns that waiting times for rides may not be accurate but that is a massive understatement as they seemed to be around 150 percent out and bore absolutely no relationship to what was actually happening in the park. I'd advise to stay clear of both the app and the park itself as both of them belong in the past
