UPDATE October 2024: tracking time still reporting in GMT rather than local time. this app is great for tracking packages I send out. can't wait till it supports all of the features that the desktop version offers. EDIT: in the USPS package tracking, the times shown are in GMT rather than local time. This is an easy to fix bug, hopefully they will do something soon.

It force autocorrects the zip code INCORRECTLY. It forces including a sender. Certified mail doesn't work. and to top it off they add friction by requiring users to load up an account with dollars instead of just paying for things like normal. It's a pathetic way to extract more profits from users. Awful company with a terrible service.

Worthless. We use the website to connect to our Etsy page, and print labels directly through stamps. The app has no such capabilities. If I want to create a label, I have to manually input all the info, rather than selecting a customer.

Prints well once you get it going. It was a hassle to get my account going since it immediately locked the account I made with my business email. Also had to add money from my desktop for the first purchase.

I have no car and this app is indispensable. I make my own stamps and labels for large packages easily. And the app gives me the current price of the stamp without me having to figure it out. In the beginning you set up a bank and with each transaction that amount is removed from your bank. When your bank runs out, you just refill it. Great great app!

Horrible. These days every company that has a website, also makes an app. Sometimes the website works fine, and the app is terrible, or vice versa. However this one does both. Bad website and non-functioning app. After trying 3 separate times making an account. No matter what I did, the app doesn't let you login. And although the website does immediately bring you to your homepage upon creating the account. It doesn't let you log back in using the info you just used to make the account. 0/10

This is a misleading app. I canceled my subscription but it kept trying to take money out of 2 of my accounts. I don't think it should take 2 weeks to stop trying to draft money out of someone's account after they cancel a subscription. As far as it's use with shipping and all I can't say. If they had not tried to draft my accounts everyday maybe I could have tried this app. When I was financially stable to pay a subscription but I was turned against it when everyday I get a notice to pay.

Canceled my account after scamming service fees charge to my account without subscription agreement, they'll just charge you.. still charged afterwards... Cancelled again, still found out months later I kept being charged. Called, only refunded me for two, but then charged me for final service fee. So really only one.. Even though I already cancelled it. They are fine with you paying for their mistakes. If I could put negative stars I would. The worst shipping service I have ever dealt with.
