App is way too slow. Seems that the animations are slowing it down. A lot of the Pharmacy Features don't sync with the pharmacy. Seems like a waste of Company Money to have an app developed and the features don't sync or are not used. That's a generalization for all companies having apps developed. But this one needs to speed up. Too many resources being used and slowing it down. Also the link to the pharmacy is hard to find when you open it. Therefore I give it 2 stars for the effort put forth.

It's so slow to do anything!!! When you get the text that your order is ready to pick up it just opens a white screen!! I have only one time been able to actually click that I am on my way. I have un-installed, re-installed several times and nothing changes. Seriously thinking about going to someone else who has a working app 🙄

Extremely poor app. Spent most of the morning building a shopping list just to NOT be able to make the purchase. Customer service is non existent, deleted the account and will do my shopping elsewhere from now on. HEB has a great grocery selection and they customer service that tromps the place in the ground. I use to spend quite a bit at this place but no more. They lost all my business.

This app is so bad that it will slow your entire phone down. Like, if I click anything within the app, it will spend minutes loading just to force close. This isn't a one-off thing or something that comes and goes. This is all the time since day one. I've reinstalled several times. I've had it on multiple phones with the same issues, so I know it's the app itself. It's just all around poorly engineered. I wouldn't recommend downloading it unless there's a world-ending cataclystic event.

Terrible, terrible, terrible app. No way to add individual items to a shopping list and at 70 years old my eyes arent able to differentiate one thing from the next when everything is crammed onto a page instead of being listed seperately. Please return to sending a weekly ad email with the items listed individually so I can add items to my list. Otherwise I'll just have to shop elsewhere for my savings...

The app takes several attempts just to log in. It constantly reverts back to the sign-in. It is next to impossible to get into the pharmacy section, so refills can be submitted, refilled, and picked up. There is so much wrong with this app. that there isn't enough room on any review area to explain its incredible amount of fails!!! I hate to give it one star, but no choice there either! #completefailure

Every update seems to make it worse and worse. You add items to your list and they don't add, you delete items and they don't delete, you clip a deal and add a product then it returns to the top of the list of deals and you have to scroll down again, the search apparently only works on the initial search box.

I've always thought the United/Market Street app was difficult to use (slow, crashed a lot), but it's useless after the last few updates. It constantly crashed and resets. The most frustrating thing is that I like shopping United Supermarkets, but there's no simple way to clip coupons without this awful app. My advice... scrap it and start over with a better software company.
