I am a young widow living abroad (for now). The biggest issue I deal with is isolation. I have found a foothold in the Untangle community. It helps normalize the devastating loss, the same way a bereavement group would. It's both a forum (social media, organized loosely by topic), and they host regular zoom meetups. I see some reviews saying that they should not charge- but it is a service with monitoring, good responsiveness, ability to share photos/videos, and links to professional resources.

I had no problem paying the 5 or 6 bucks a mont h for this app especially because I was so desperate for help and couldn't find any decent resources in my area. There were times where I would have given this app five stars and then there were times where they failed me grievously even though I was paying. So although they were the best and only help I got and I'm very grateful, I also think there were times where they added hurt. I believe if you can't find real help in real life that this is ok

This app really helped me after my mum died. The zoom groups gave me chance to share my feelings and talk about my loss and hear others pain in a way that was cathartic. I wanted there to be more staff, as I would write things down and no one would respond, which felt like shouting into the abyss. But it was so helpful even just for the video chats. A great idea and hopefully since I left it's better staffed and has continued improving.

Yes, there's an annual fee. But it's an amazing group of supportive people with live guided meditation, Zoom support groups, forums for many types of losses and situations, articles and other resources, and so much more. All for about half of what one virtual counseling session costs.

This app has given me so much comfort in an otherwise horrific and isolating time. The resources, the support groups & the ability to write posts/message others in grief has been invaluable. I opted for the yearly subscription and already feel like I've got my money's worth in 7 weeks. Would recommend to anyone struggling & wanting to feel less alone. Thank you to the creators for making this much needed safe space online.

Being unable to find affordable counselling in my area, I was desperate to find somewhere to be able to talk about my grief. Untangle has been a literal lifesaver. Has everything from forums, to groups, to live meetings, and more. I started with just a trial and have now been subscribing for about 6 months. It's more than worth it.

Can't even use any of the services or app Can't log on unless you pay,and when click on the X on top left corner nothing happens so to use have to pay or agree unless you do a free trial and shave to agree to payment first what a wast of time

This app is a lovely idea, and i'm sure it helps lots of people. However, you shouldn't have to pay for resources or to get help. I was so excited to find an app where I could relate to people and cope, then I saw I had to pay and immediately uninstalled.
