Drains my Samsung Galaxy S20 phone battery like there's no tomorrow, crashes regularly, and fails to upload media constantly. I'd uninstall it if it wasn't an essential application for my work. 90% of the time, I end up having to back-out of an inspection form due to a freeze, and when I go back to the inspection form, data is lost. I once had to input the same rear brake measurements 4 times. Only saving grace I can give this app is: when it does work as intended, it's at least simple to use.

These guys came to our dealership to set us up and show us how to use their software. It crashed during the presentation, and multiple features just wouldn't work for the presenter. We never made the transition to their software because of all the issues it had just trying to get people set up.

Horrible app, keeps crashing all the time, while in the middle of typing a story will randomly crash and make you start all over again, uploading the media files is also a pain, will also crash when trying to upload the photos or videos.

I've never seen any app in all my days even close to as bad as this one. Do yourself a favor don't install this garbage to your phone. App crashes more than half the time. Doesn't work properly the other half of the time. It's crazy to me that it is really this bad. the creators must have put a hole 5 mins into this thing

Funny how my review keeps getting deleted. I work for Subaru and required to use this app. It is cancerous. Deletes data, photos, Ro's, moves data and then it reappears days later. Can't have more than one person on or it overrides user. Photos on Android haven't worked since July.

This app needs some serious work it's a good idea but waiting 15 minutes for the MPI to show up is unacceptable by the time it shows up to the screen we are completely done with an oil change plus every time I've used it recently it won't even accept pictures it force closes

Terrible app. Constantly deletes what you type or kicks you out. Its completely useless at this point. The UI on both phone and desktop needs work too.

No forgot password feature. App crashes 99% of the time or freezes or deletes pics. Our company requires us to use this app but it's so buggy.
