Tried to make payment with credit card(visa and mastercard) and debit card(mastercard), none of them worked. Also, add English, or at least make Uzbek language 100% Uzbek so you could take orders from Turkish speaking users. Don't expect everybody to speak Russian.

Do not use this program under any circumstances if you order and pay online, but your phone does not work when you receive an order due to a technical fault, your order is thrown out onto the street, there is no attempt to contact you via telegram, so you are looking for your order on the street and finally cannot find it. When asked not to receive it, they answer that it is none of our business, so your money is wasted.

Very poor customer support and no way to call them. They can decide to ignore you and there is nothing you can do to resolve issues with delivery which happen more often lately

Hey there. I heard couple of cafes are using uzum tezkor "Teriyaki" and "Orient_Gourmet" but I don't see them on application menu, why is that? Btw the app has been updated.

It was the worst app that I used. We ordered and waited for 2 hours. But didn't get our order.

Delivery takes 80-110 minutes, no possibility to cancel not yet accepted orders. When I asked to cancel in their support chat, they waited till the order was accepted by the restaurant and then replayed that they can only cancel order without money return. Order was ready in 10 minutes and had been waiting for a courier for the rest of time.
