DescriptioniViewer is developed to allow users to monitor locations remotely by providing access to surveillance camera video directly from iOS or Android handheld device.
The re-designed and easy-to-use interface allows users to monitor live video from hundreds of cameras within their fingers. The user may access cameras managed by VAST (central & video management software), VIVOTEK NVR, or make direct connections to individual cameras via IP address or LAN search. The iViewer also allows access to two way audio for camera, PTZ and PiP screen control, fisheye dewarp, snapshot and the capability to playback recorded video from VIVOTEK VAST, NVR.

My biggest problem with this app is that when I have the camera layout set to 6 screens per page, but have more than 6 cameras "favorited", it won't scroll to the second page of cameras despite showing "1/2" at the top. Very glitchy on my phone (google pixel 7) as well, I assuming my phone is too new for the app's software. Loads slowly and crashes often.

12Oct2020 iViewer Update Problem. The latest update is screwed up. Why do I have to make 2 additional button presses to view my cameras when starting iViewer since the latest update? Very annoying. Update 23Oct2020: Vivotek support helped out and when I viewed the new 1st page of the tutorial, it showed the ability to add/reorder/remove devices on the default startup FAVORITES page. All is good! Thanks Vivotek!

Works great for viewing. However, moving the camera around is challenging. Camera will frequently start running wild and you lose control of it. Would be a perfect system if that were fixed. Must be an android thing. Does same in Pixel 2 and new Samsung Galaxy s20. Works better on my Apple iPad device.

Been freezing on my android devices for a while now. Happens when I'm trying to show customers on their phones as well. Constantly prompted to wait or close app. After closing app it automatically reopens and works. Vivocloud as well.... Was hoping new phone would fix it but its the app.

Last version doesn't let me to set up my server, everything is correct, just the app says "Failed to add device" and "Failed connecting to device" i managed to make it on other smart phones but mine does not work. I have Hw. P20 Pro

App does not automatically connect to NVR and does not automatically start showing video streams from all cameras after I close the app and start it again. When I completely close the app and reopen it or open app after phone reboot - all cameras in Live View show black screen, I have to go to "Device List" and manually select NVR from the list in order to start seeing video streams in Live View screen. My NVR is Vivotek ND9323P, it is running latest firmware version 4.1.0.5.

@Vivotek, seriously? 7 months to respond? No thanks. Update: May 12 update caused the same issue as the April update. Not happy! ------ Update to our issue: Updated our version of Vast2 as directed by Vivotek. Fixed our iViewer problem. --- Original review: Worked perfectly until the April 13, 2020 update. Then nothing but black screens. Thought it was just my phone until another person in our business who has a different brand of phone had the same issue.
