Some paid content, labeled as 'available forever' was removed from my inventory with no warning. They tell you use 'restore purchases' but it doesnt work and they never answer any email requesting help. I have written many email but there is no customee service. They can take your money but they cannot help you if there is a problem. Buyers beware!

I have been a very long time user since the early 2010s. This was my number one editing app to go to and have always recommended this app to many friends. But now the update has made all of my purchases disappear and there is no way to restore them. This is disappointing and I will not use this app. Maybe if it is fixed, I will redownload it.

I don't know what is going on with this app. It was so good for years. A few months ago everything you had bought had disappeared. That got restored thankfully. Not I can't use anything without it saying internet error. It's a shame, this app was really good.

It used to be a good app, with lots of great frame and stickers! Now all the purchased of the stickers - sanrio, kuromi etc. had been removed. They supposed to valid forever! I spent a lot for those stickers!!!! Please refund them!

This was my favorite photo editing app but all the stamps I bought with Sanrio characters are all gone. Users should either be refunded or given store credit to replace the deleted stamps. I spent A LOT of money on those stamps and frames.

I've been using this app for years, and all of a sudden all of my purchased stickers are DELETED. And I'm unable to restore it, even though I've been using the SAME GOOGLE ID FOR YEARS. Are you serious? I spent so much money on the stickers, and they were supposed to be valid forever? Did they get sued by sanrio or something for copyright? Compensate your users back for something you sold to us which we were told was going to FOREVER VALID. So disappointing. Who did the update, a monkey?
