Keepass2Android is an open source password manager application for Android. It is compatible with the popular KeePass 2.x Password Safe for Windows and aims at simple synchronization between devices.

Good app, but i noticed recently that it stopped syncing between desktop and phone using OneDrive App Folder. Whenever i try to point the app to the kdbx file on the phone, it says the app folder is empty, although there's a database file there. Tried to reinstall the app and when opening the database getting "error occured. code access denied".

Love the app but it needs an update to properly handle syncing with google drive. Some recent change on googles end is blocking access to drive. it spits the error "This App is blocked, This app tried to access sensitive info in your google account. to keep your account safe google blocked access." This may be why folks are reporting sync issues.

Good app, but. Two major complaints: 1. There's no way to determine what file was opened as the interface seems to only show a cached version "content://file 2. I don't want to share my whole OneDrive or G-Drive, but there's no option to only select a file. OneDrive does have a option for a folder, but it is locked you a name you provide. I'd want to use what I call it

Essential. However, do NOT write any changes when your internet is spotty if your primary db is in a cloud (eg: Dropbox) because it can easily save corrupted, then of course your local copy blindly syncs with that and all its passwords will be unrecoverable. This has happened to me twice over a few years. That needs to be fixed, seriously.

Had to reset phone - Now Google Drive is inaccessible from KP2A. When I try to open a Keepass database that I keep in Google Drive, I get a "Name cannot be empty" error from KP2A. This basically renders the program useless on my phone. So I installed KeepassDX. Worked correctly the first time. Sorry guys, can't use your app any more. Update: Dev's suggestions were already tried. They didn't help. This was on a completely reset phone.

App needs serious improvement!! I was using this app for sine years now, and even donated to the developer for his work, but recently I realized that the Android app doesn't sync with the remote file saved in Google drive and this has become really frustrating. The app displays some message that the file is trashed, ans takes ages to sync. In fact made me lose some of my passwords and confused syncing between devices. Also, the handling of auto unlock with biometrics is below industry standard.

Upgrading - imports perfectly. I used PINS, a 20 year old windows program, and Password Safe on android. With PINS & PW Safe, I have to manually (re-typing) keep all my android devices synced with my windows master when I add or change passwords. The Keepass2 windows import tool compatible with both my old databases. The Keepass Win UI is similar to PINS. Now I can keep everything synced as the author suggests on Dropbox or by using my home network server as my common location. Great program.

I love this app. Hard to believe I've been using it for nearly 10 years. There are definitely little things I'd change about the appearance and color scheme, but overall, it's amazing. Recently, I've been encountering an issue where quick unlock and biometrics aren't working. I have to use master key to unlock, and it seems quick unlock will work a few times, but after a few hours, it asks for master key again. Really annoying.
