It's impossible to book a package collection because the GPS location on the app shows the wrong address (by several kilometres!). I'm not the only one with this issue. PLEASE FIX IT! No other courier has this problem EDIT: Not only is their pickup service broken, but delivery takes 3 days if parcels are dropped off at one of their branches. So much for their guaranteed next day. The whole company is a disaster!

Sometimes the app works, and other times it does not. This has been ongoing now for over 1 year. But why a logistics company cannot have a simple app to track packages and keep some basic history of some of these searches?? . Shipping service is ok though. But senders need to know the cutoff time for their dropoff location. Recipients need to include extra line of directions to help driver. Most drivers do not speak English. So then logistics company should give drivers more gps tools.

Awful. Not only the App but their services as well. Not received any receipt or tracking number for package. Staff unfriendly. In-app location unaccurate. Kerry can deliver packages to your doorstep but when shipping one I have to come down 8 floors from your condo, walk out of the compound, walk to the street, basically could have brought the package to a station instead of pickup. Was told I get a tracking number via app but nothing. Need that tracking number to for the recipient. Just no.....

This delivery service is just terrible. I have to wait an extra day for my parcel because of an 'invalid address' yet I always put the same address and it is super easy to find. This happens frequently so don't expect your package to be delivered on time. They didn't even attempt to contact me to confirm my address, the live chat doesn't work, poor English Support. The list goes on.

I only give a 1 because the app is not the problem... Kerry provides the worst service in history... And has the rudest customer service and delivery people ever.... 0/10 will never recommend

This app used to work, even if it was lacked or slow it was work. But the latest update makes it not even work. The app opened, and then I saw just a white screen, and they kept saying "sorry unable to display an information, please try again" 🫠 turribleeee
