I've been using it for some years now. It was good at first, but it got so bad with time. The menus are not updated. The opening hours are not correct. I just had 3 of my last orders canceled because apparently the restaurants were closing. It's so dumb to have an app in 2024 where you get your orders canceled one by one just because they can't put a simple condition to not let people order when the restaurants are closing.

Frustrating. There is something I hat at least works decently in Albania? It looks like here all the apps are broken, services are terrible... Anything works. I have spent more than 1 hour adding my address and is impossible. The option to use the current location shows a different street in a different part of the city. That GPS is working correctly with other non Albanian Apps. A nightmare!!!!!

I ordered 24 meals for a party and they only bring me 13 and i called them to bring more food and never bring more ... And the time was for 30 mins and it came for 1 hour & i always ordered with Baboon but never from today

There is an option in your profile for English but everything in the ad stays in Albanian when other food apps translate their products. With a well known platform like Baboon, they have the ad spend & revenue to make the tiny adjustment in their coding to adjust all menus to another language in settings. Also, the location input needs proper accuracy. My direct address is put in, I order ALL THE TIME, & I always STILL have to walk around 1-4 blocks looking for the driver.

You took out closing time for restaurants which was very important. You took out "order again" so now I have to search for things. Your app doesn't allow to see menus most of the time. Your latest update is a joke. You also claim that delivery payment is optional, but it's not. You also claim delivery payment is for the driver but none of the drivers ever get the money we pay as a "tip" to them. Do better, stop lying and get this app back on track.

Worst delivery app ever. Not only does it have bugs, but also delivery process sucks. It takes 2 hours for your meal to get deliveted, always IF it does deliver, and the status of the order in the app in the meantime is "delivered". I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

One of the worst services I've ever used. Food comes cold on 9/10 orders, the order shows up as delivered when it actually hasn't arrived at all, orders are delayed by like 1.5 hours inside Tirana (by that time you've already lost your appetite). The delivery costs are crazy and don't make sense, all orders are delivered by motorbikes so in theory they use very little gas and travel very short distances. All in all, I would recommend cooking yourself or eating at a physical place instead.
