Overall it is ok ok but they are taking soo long to update the changes in the menu. I m trying to connect with them from last 4-5 days but every time they are saying 24hrs to 48hrs it will take to update but still I haven't got any positive response from them regarding this. Very unprofessional

Worst service ever, i recently opened cloud kitchen, on the first day when I opened it, they closed it by saying that all delivery partner are occupied. I was well prepared but they did it , same on 2nd and 3rd day . No customer service helpen, didn't even picked up the call , no query was heard .On the 4th day evening when I was outside they open kitchen without notifying, I got an order and I have to cancel it . And today I prepared well hoping prblm was resolved but not, they again closed it.

Their charges for add are too high and commission is also very high. And when your restaurant is closed for a week then their charges of add are applicable. So I am very frustrated for this. And one more thing menu edit option is not available why Zomato hide this option

Poor and pathetic service, only serving to the tavern who are obtaining extra monetary benefits to Zomato. Small or New Outlet which don't use/buy monetary benefits from them are kept offline stating that there is shortage of Delivery partners, but in same time other outlets are kept online, you can raise As many tickets but they will close the tickets without giving resolution and then ask you to raise the new ticket, Restaurant has changed it's location twice but the result "outlet offline"

I have been a loyal user of Zomato for my restaurant in Tiruvannamalai, and up until now, I’ve been quite satisfied with their service. However, the recent decision to disable the option to edit the menu has been incredibly frustrating. As a restaurant owner, I rely on the ability to make quick updates to reflect changes in our offerings, prices, and specials.

Zomato you are very slow. There is a need to improve it. By the time you accept the order, it gets cancelled. It opens very late, please improve your app

Worst app worst service if you are a beginner or new for Zomato Partner app please don't use without any guidance. Zomato Restaurant partner employes are useless with zero knowledge to handle a coustomer.

I am running restaurant on zomato by border area of delhi up . They changed my location daily and my restaurant going offline. I also spend 800 rs daily on advertising but still i am offline on sunday and my add is running. I complain many times but not solved . I will suggest please dont go to zomato if you are on boarder area they are taking money in advertising and when you are taking order by add suddenly they changed location and your add money waste you have to start from zero once again
