I downloaded this app once in store and got my discount. Next time it tells me I am logged out and need to log back in, I don't know why it functioned the first time without this. The option to login is with PayBack. This app I stopped using because it randomly logged me out and never let me log back in, now it claims my account doesn't exist. Not good.

Very easy to navigate through all features ans views, but the most useful feature would be automatic activation of all week coupons, not need to think about this before you drive to the store. It would be noce if the app is little bit loading faster on old model smartphones. I have Samsung A20e and it loads maybe 15 seconds until the start screen appears.

Tried this new app again, but again I was disappointed at the checkout. No start code at the register which also was locked again, so I had to wait for someone to unlock while the other six customers at the normal register were all finished before me even though I was the only one at the scan and go terminal. Unacceptable service. Also this new app is just so bad in terms of the user experience compared to the original scan and go app. That one did have no spam at all.

My girlfriend couldnt install the app on her Oneplus 8 pro despite being on the same android version (13) as I am on my samsung s20 fe. There is no good reason why this app should be incompatible on her phone

very useful, simple/clearly arranged, reliable, fluent and fast, many offers/benefits integrated, a shopping list, new leaflets and (!) my payback points/app is also on board. I can use it all with the code on the point of sale terminal - strong support from my side. The next big step up the ladder by penny. Wow, that market must have a very good marketing team. rainbow-colored, this app for digital natives, charity, good vegan products, a good customer magazine, good organic/bio products 👍❤️

App doesn't work since two months ago. P. S. Thanks for your fast response. Firstly, I have applied all your suggestions such as cleaning up the app data, and reopening it. It didn't work. It keeps loading but doesn't show any content. I simply see four dots spinning in every tab I open.
