This app is lame. Mind you I haven't actually used it in store yet, but I've had it installed for months and not once have I received any type of notification or message. Businesses should be actively interacting with their customers, it's a good way for them to compete with all of the other restaurants out there. I need incentive to visit. There is an inbox section on the app, so they could be sending messages with various promos and deals, highlighting menu items, etc. Missed opportunity!

Overall, app works well and I've been able to redeem several rewards. However, so far this entire month, I've scanned for points, and the points have yet to be applied to my account. Can corporates development team look into this and resolve the issue?

update to review. I spent about $20 so I should have 20 points and it states 0 today 7-19 I keep saying that your application does not work I would suggest you pull it because no employee knows how to use it I went there today and it never showed up on my account they scanned the barcode on your app and it backfired as it should post instantaneously I got the lunch box and a drink for $11

App just stops working and requires full update to work each time an update is released. Clunky and a waste of time. Also after update all information and loyalty points were lost with no Information on who to contact to fix

Used it twice with one issue of ordering XL and the store not selling it. Now app freezes up every time while trying to make an order. Now keep getting an error every time I try to make a simple order. This is pathetic!

Might be decent if any of the employees actually knew how to use the app. I'd estimate that 1/10 knows how to add points to your account when ordering, and I've never met an employee who knew how to redeem my points. Great idea but horrible execution.

Wouldn't allow me to check out after entering card information and lost my order when I went back. Like this place so would really like this app to work

Ordered pickups twice through the app, I was charged, and store was closed upon arrival (permanently closed the second time).
