Very bad experience, I click one thing and it opens another, many times I get an error and I have to refresh it. Changes are not reflected immediately, although it shows they are approved. They are not even reflected in the partner app. Also, our manager Faiza doesn't respond to any query. She just left the messages on seen.

I’d like to express my concern about the new apps frequently closing unexpectedly. Additionally, I'm not receiving any notification alerts for new orders. This is causing some inconvenience, and I would appreciate a resolution. Thank you.

Still having problem even the app has been in use for so long. Always having issue with review section "connection issue" when phone not having any network issue. And invoices not able to view most of the time. Not only app having issue but browser too

Submit help,2days no followup frm CS.Menu can't change/control if out-of-stock (can't open menu) if not ready why lunch it? Better stick to go.droid

There's no way to edit the menu. When customer order and item is not available then how? I need to update my menu

Even the app is too laggy just like their device. Make your commissions worth it naman. 100% would not recomment foodpanda for merchants

Cant stay the app,always off the app every 1 hour...so bad app,i dont know why cant use gondroid...
