Much harder to use than the previous version. Customizing any item in a group causes the group to collapse each time. Item groups can be confusing and aren't organized well. I tend to tip but don't like that the 20% tip is selected by default. Using the sub club discount code was difficult too - I had to manually type in the code instead of selecting from a drop down. It all makes for a harder to use app. Oh, also allow Google Pay for payment would be nice.

As someone who did QA on customer facing apps for a living....there is no way this app was tested before release. It is the worst app I've ever used! Your previous version was so much better. I spent 40 min trying to place an order. Sometimes I select a category and it takes me to a page with your logo, and nothing else. I had to go back and forth many times before I could select my item. I also had to hit the checkout button 12 times to get to the checkout page. There's more but out of space!!

July 23rd app update totally broke the app, just gives an error and doesn't even load remote images..guess I won't be eating subs for awhile .🫠 Apps been down for 3 days.. Edit: the July 25th update, breaks the app further...lol...the app now pops up with a modal that says there is an update available (even when running the latest version.. so you're stuck with an update screen when no update is available.bad update detection logic...worthless app) at least images are loading behind the messag

Terrible app. Terrible website for use with mobile phones. App notifications begin to open upon tapping then shut down. App in ordering asks for Favorite store then when ordering asks for store again. App tends to go back to main screen when tapping selections in order. Tapping in the middle of selections doesn't work, you have tap arrows. Doesn't remember credit card info even after entering it and hitting, save. So many more problems in this app. Their I.T. needs a complete overhaul

This app used to be supremely simple to use. It just worked. Menu items were easy to find with descriptions right there. Unfortunately now I have to dig to find what I want with haptic feedback buzzing at me with every touch for some reason (not something I find useful in most apps). Still love your food but I don't know why you had to mess with the app. Make it more difficult and people won't want to use it.

This current version of the app is absolutely terrible, every time they update it the thing seems to get worse. Buttons are half cut off the screen, you have to log in through a popup to another browser, it doesn't save your logins, there's annoying popups for news and other things on the screen, and it feels like it was made by someone who has never used a phone before. Please revert the app to a few versions ago, I don't understand what was wrong with it that Dibellas decided to make it more frustrating to use. I actively decide not to eat at Dibellas because of how bad the app is now, and unfortunately its just easier to order a complicated sandwich through the app rather than walking into the store.

The app used to be pretty intuitive to use. Open the app and have them scan the QR code. That functionality is gone or is hidden. They tried my phone number but that didn't work either. I have the receipt but no way to scan the barcode to earn my points. They been to change it back or at least give some of the functionality back.

This app is terrible. It only allows me to track what I order in the app and not what I order in the store...it has no way to track points, you don't get rewards or coupons anymore. I have had a horrible experience in this app with there being really no functionality other than ordering through the app and paying through the app. I wanted to use this as a loyal customer of Dibellas as I like the experience in the actual store. It's a very nice environment and I like the service in the restaurant
