Worst delivery app Driver takes forever to go pick the order and deliver it and go to different places with your order before delivering it to you. It takes hours to deliver an order that is 15 mins away from me. Food is always cold. And complained a lot without any actual resolution. Last time using this app.

The app isn't updated to accommodate Egypt's summer time changes and still follows the old time system. This creates a lot of hassle when tracking my order. I have to switch my phone's time settings back and forth between the old system and the correct time, which is a major inconvenience for an application designed to follow Egyptian time.

Big mess..Made order with my credit card then order was closed without receiving the food.. the support has big mess and my chats were ignored then chat had error and was closed It was my best app for many years but now i have to uninstall it sadly

If I can give them 0 stars I would have done it. I had an order and the restaurant delivered the order was missing 5 items which was shocking how can you miss 5 items. Contacted the support team in el menus and after 1 hour of debating they were trying to refund me less money of items amount shocking also. When I asked for compensation they said they can't do so . Such experiences proves why talabat will always be better than this application. Never again

I don't know if they're not hiring enough people or they're just bad at managing but I never got anything the time I order it and it just suck you can use it to find places but I don't recommend ordering through it I ordered something now and it's been over an hour 😤😤😤🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

App stopped working a week ago , it shows the last order that I made and it's not letting place any other orders or even cancel the order ( that i made few days ago and received) to make a new one

Very very bad experience. Horrible customer support, only useless bots and delivery takes orders from several different restaurants at a time

It is very bad at customer service and order taking long time and didn't receive it because of accident and tell me I will have promo code for compensation but don't give me anything
