Most of the calls never reach your phone even with full bars and 500 mb/s+ internet speed connections. Customer support boils down to "restart your phone and then re install the app". interface is very user friendly but as you hire more then one person with different shift times there is no feature to have the phone "ring" to people at specific times. It is everyone or no one Most of the replies on feedback to this company are just "its the Customers fault because X reason". Zero accountability.

TONS of dropped calls. I own a business and decided to switch to this company for my phone service. The calls from PC are great but the calls from my mobile app drop my mic after 15-50 seconds almost every time. The customer can no longer hear me and hangs up. This happens on the AT&T network in prime locations and around Albany NY. One more side note...the text messaging feature is TEXT ONLY, no group messages or pictures, videos, audio etc. That by itself has forced me to switch.

Very buggy app! To have to use the +1 prefix to make a call or send a text, otherwise you get an error message. Getting a call to go through is hit or miss. When I finally got a call to connect I couldn't hear the caller for several seconds. Then a few seconds later I got a busy tone and the call dropped. So much potential, but so sorely lacking on Android.

Okay, the app is not very good at all. Whenever you are on a call the other person can hear an echo. If you are. Talking on the phone and you press the phone against your face and the scree turns off, the other person can no longer hear you. So you have to use this app either on speaker phone or with a headset. And either way the other person has a hard time. I definitely would not recommend until they address these issues. Update **(Horrible app)

Sometimes I don't get calls, or they are silent, or the app just bugs out and won't immediately answer. i dont have time to be troubleshooting this, I liked all the features, but the missed or unreliable calls (i believe its the app itself not the service) has made me lose several calls. trying a different service. (Update: the issue was related to using the app to receive calls. i switched it to receive calls without the app and it seems to be more reliable.)

Two intermittent issues need fixing. A: Bluetooth headsets occasionally auto answer B: turning on do not disturb occasionally won't reactivate sip and number forwarding (an issue since I have to turn on do not disturb if it gets stuck auto answering with the Bluetooth connected) & yes, I need the app & forwarding turned on so I know to answer it. T-mobile thinks all calls from mightycall are spam (voip provider) C: known issue (solution: a: we don't recommend Bluetoot b: go to website & turn on

I have been using MightyCall for about one year. For a few months during this time, the outgoing calls for mixed method showed my personal number instead of my MightyCall, whereas it is supposed to show the latter. There have been numerous instances where, despite the advice of customer support, the app would not ring. Voice messages can only be heard through the phone speaker, not the ear speaker. There is a 90 minute time limit on all calls, which MightyCall has no plans to change.

Really disappointed in the quality of the phone calls. I have had calls start becoming garbled in the middle of a call. I have to tell them I will call them back. I also had issues where I would have to call people back through my original phone number because the app's phone quality was subpar and I had to basically scream so people could hear me. I don't understand why I can't forward outbound calls to my cell phone so they can be made off normal call service vs trying to use LTE or wifi to make the calls. With Google Voice you can do this.
