I just tried your update. Now I'm locked out, and my points vanished. 😭Prices need to show. It's my fourth or fifth time trying to maneuver this app. I've had over twenty or thirty plus orders over the past I could never get credit on points for which made me reduce my visits. I love Jason's, but the app needs to be more user-friendly, especially for seniors. You need senior discounts, too.

Review is for new app. I'm not a fan. Pros: Items are visually displayed. App works smoothly. Cons: Saved payment methods are wiped. Saved pickup cars are wiped. App goes to check out screen after every item. Full drink menu and dessert menu are no longer shown in entree ordering. Not a five star app like the old app was.

Food is spectacular but this app is trash. Cannot sign in at all. Put in the correct information, it says there's an error. I even changed the password thinking I had forgotten it but that still didn't work. Some of the best sandwiches but one of the worst apps. Can't take advantage of the rewards because I have to keep checking out as a guest. It's like $200 in orders that haven't been credited to my account. Just super annoying, hope it gets patched, whatever the issue is.

Just a heads up, apparently you cannot use Mastercard on the app. Payment fails every time, and I get an email telling me to call the store. Having to call the store completely negates the app's purpose. I eat from here way less than I would if the app worked, as I'm disabled, and the curbside spaces now take up the whole of the storefront spaces, and its nearly impossible for a hc person to park close enough to walk inside, and difficult to get up onto the curb. Love the food. Too bad.

Oof. I love getting delivery from here, but the app is a nightmare. Doesn't send out email notifications, so either you call the store to make sure they got it (defeating the purpose of the app, aka not having to call the store) or cross your fingers. Now it tries to charge double tip, and the managers have to go through every night and adjust them all to be current apparently. This app desperately needs fixing and upgrading.

Downloaded this app on two different phones, attempted to sign up with two different email addresses and all we ever get is "login failed." I eat here about once a week and would love to earn rewards. It's not just the app either I've never been able to set up an account on the website either. Y'all should probably fix that if you're going to advertise the rewards non-stop in your restaurants.

Dislike new updates. Had to uninstall and reinstall it for it to work. Installs with 2 icons appearing on my (andriod) phone. Did this twice and still have 2 icons. Search tool is missing or no longer available. The search tool was helpful when placing large orders. Also, another huge disappointment was my missing Deli points, as I had accumulated a lot. Some menu items are missing as well. For example the Tuna Melt was missing. Had to create it in the build your own feature which is frustrating

Completely pointless app. I installed the app because I was sent an email telling me I'd lose my deli points. When I tried to sign in online it didn't work so I tried to change my password, which also didn't work. I thought the app would be easier but it's actually worse. There doesn't appear to be any way to reset your password within the app at all. What a waste of space. Uninstalling.
