After March 2020... keep getting the message 'couldn't establish connection to the network'. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. Please fix. Before/during March 2020... I switched from paper to electronic 2 yrs ago and have never regretted my move. Love reading it in the newspaper style and gladly pay a reasonable monthly fee for the traditional experience. So much better than reading online news with those continually moving/refreshing ANNOYING ads.

January 10, 2020 update seems to have broken this app. The support folks don't seem to want to address the problem; all they do is suggest the obvious and do nothing to verify the problem and address it. Save your time and use the browser interface or read the paper through your local library.

This application does not work. I keep installing it and then the system stops connecting to the nerwork. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled (I have to do this every day, to read the paper) it several times and the same happened.

Today, Jul 22 the Vancouver Sun epaper app on my Android phone will not open any content. This is very inconvenient, on a Monday when there's no print edition. The web access on our Windows computer works but I can't read that at the breakfast table.

Always an issue (no pun intended). Regularly uninstall and reinstall to accept password. Current situation, tried everything and cannot access epaper with this app. Epaper is only accessible with browser.

I cannot even create an account or sign in. I have a Paid subscription. I requested a password reset. The email did not direct me to a reset page. Instead the epaper opened up and I was logged in. Now, how do I save articles?

Keeps losing activation. Have to uninstall and reinstall daily to get it to load epaper.
