Critical Thought
I really REALLY wanted to like this app since it'slocal, but unfortunately, the repeated issues from constant delays to terrible customer service that do not have an ounce of sympathy with its users, or taking ownership, have really turned me off not only from recommending this app but from using it altogether

Bad operations.. chat support takes long time to reply back .. delivery is very bad.. its been one and a half hour and still didnt receive my order.. supporting local business is a thing and not having responses or a way to communicate is another thing.. deleting the app for sure

I can't register my card, and my friend ordered from a resturant, we've been waiting for 1.5 hours, no order, customer service shows an error when we try to contact them, and we have no idea about the status of the order and of course the full payment was deducted.

Great app experience, it is obvious they are improving quickly on every aspect. I am mainly happy to see them boycott all US brands and support the local suppliers.

Very bad application 😕 There is no professional customer service I had oredered more than 10 times when I had a problem. There were no solutions Thx a lot
