It's been days and I'm still getting the same "under process" message. The app is buggy, slow, and poorly designed. The customer support is also unresponsive. This app. does not work!! I tried for Tenant verification upon submission of which I kept getting the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later. " in spite of entering all the required fields, it kept showing the error message. It doesn't mention what actually went wrong!! The Web application is equally useless! Upon clicking on Submit button, the application buffers for some time and lands in the same page, without highlighting the errors! plz provide an update.

The app is very good but it's not letting me do the payment for character certificate service, dear support team, pls look into the issue the solve the problem of payment. The app shows that you have successfully applied for the certificate but at the same time says it can't be applied until the payment is done.

The app is useful, but currently, the server is not responding when trying to apply for a Character Certificate. This issue is affecting many users and halts the application process completely. Kindly look into this and fix the server issue at the earliest so that the process can continue smoothly. Thanks for this useful Application.
