Installed today and already love it. Simply several fasting plans and a useful ongoing notification, not bloated with things no one asked for. Please don't ruin the app with a recipe section or something else like AI. If I'm fasting I don't want to look at recipes!

Nice, clear app. The only thing I miss is that I have to record the start and end of the fast every time and it is not done automatically. I think about starting a fast, but I don't have my mobile with me right away, then I forget about it and the app then shows that I had a meal period of at least 24 hours, even though the reality is different.
