Excellent interface for Google Image Search. This app is an easy way to get an image from your device to Google Image Search. Those leaving poor reviews don't understand that the actual image search results come from Google, not the app. They should be leaving poor reviews for Google! Anyway, Google Image Search is a great tool when you're on a desktop computer, but fails miserably on smart phones. I am very grateful to the developer of this app for creating this free interface!

First, let me say that I am NOT getting "money", or anything else for that matter, to give a positive review. Anyone accusing another reviewer of such is ignorant of Google Play policies & must be unaware of the repercussions of giving false reviews, positive or negative, for personal gain. Now my HONEST review... I have been using this app, Image Search by Risinier, for a very long time, more than a year. I have tried several similar apps. None compare with the simple, easy to use and easy to understand U.I. of this app. I have used it to look up people, architecture, plants, flowers, insects, insect bites, rashes, and the list goes on. No, it is not exactly accurate every single time. The thing one must understand, when using an application such as this, is that the search results for any image is only as good as the picture on which you are basing the search. This is not a mind reader. This is not a private detective. This is not a Jeannie from a mystical lamp. Using blurry &/or crowded pictures, (crowded meaning pictures with several other items or people accompanying the image for which one is searching), or pictures of poor quality, one can only expect poor search results. Use clear, properly cropped pictures with as few distractions as possible and you will get better results.

Used to be quite accurate and efficient at finding images, but in the past few months i would be often met with errors or it would seem like there are no results when i know for a fact there should be *something*. As it is right now it is not very useable.

TRY THIS ONE FIRST!! Why isn't this app rated higher. I tried the apps with the higher ratings first but none of them came even close to the image that I was searching for and were kinda complicated. However, this app was simpler to use and found the image and only that image along with all of it's locations without any clutter.

this would be an excellent app if it would search for the image only however when you do an image search it comes up with text that doesn't even with what's in the picture. I've tried several different baseball cards and it keeps coming up with complete opposite names in the search so I suggest getting rid of the bug that adds text to the search and just do a solo image search and it would be a great app.

I use to find alot of things with this app, but about a year ago it wouldn't do anything, kept telling me to agree to something and I already had. About a month ago I started using the app again and it worked just fine, but for the last 3 days when I do a search it tells me nothing was found and it doesn't show anything. I don't believe for a second that it's not finding anything because it's happened too many times, it's done NOTHING for 3 days. I've had it with all the problems!

Very good search engine for checking the various locations of a photo and to find similar photos occasionally a video also because the photos been taken from a video in combination with one of the search engine browsers Google Bing , Yahoo, Yandex etc.... So occasionally the pictures taken as a snapshot from a video you can trace back to the original video if that's the case

The image crop part doesn't work Often the search brings up results for everything but the person. If I crop it myself first, it just brings up advertising sites. When it does bring up photo of people results it is only in another language. You don't have a translation tool.
