This app used to work well. Now it keeps logging out and adding an attachment function doesn't work.

It's a good app but has some bugs to fix Firstly the attachment option causes the app to close all the time. Secondly, the fact that you cannot change the specialty if you switch departments or you call in separate departments makes recording procedures difficult. It would be nice if you could have an imput of cases from another department/specialty available Otherwise, other than a few little things, it's a good app

The app is really great, the only issue I have comes qhen inputting dates on an android device where you have to go back in months which is a bit tideous... but otherwise great. Logging in is also a hassle, i have to put both my 4 digit pin as well as my password to eventually log in. Would be 5/5 if these issues could be resolved.

Everything went swimmingly until I was locked out of the app. Online login doesn't seem to have issues but I can't get back onto the App. Haven't gotten any response from admin.

The app keeps logging me out at random times while I am using it. I am also unable to attach documents anymore. It forces my app to close every time I want to attach a picture

Absolutely frustrating. I can't even register. Keep saying there are still open fields, while none are shown

This app is frustrating to use. It might be maintenance related, but one often cannot log into the app.
