App does what it was intended, but depending on Android or apple app changeds. Lately app has degraded. Not accepting any changes to trip or clocking out have to close app and reopen to verify if changes were made or do it again 2 or 3 times. App generates movement when walking inside. If left on.

STILL Needs a lot of improvements Still giving triggering wait message when driving and jumping tasks. This is continuing even after updated.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else on here. During my trips it will change vehicle numbers from one state to another it makes it hard to refuel. It some times end trip and other time it does not. Please fix. Give us the ability to do our jobs. Not all vans have phones in them so we have to use our phones for trips. New update is the worst can not sign in

App is almost useless. Constantly alerts for no reason. Driver position list is inaccurate. This would be important information to know so I could try to get other things done Within my 60 hour work week. I'll be position six, get called out 20 minutes later, get to the yard, all Van's are still there. Doesnt always accept trip info. No comment section for vehicle inspections. Action list for stops is vague. You can tell app was designed be someone who doesn't actually do the job.

Has major issues, keeps crashing and needs to be unistalled and then reinstalled on a regular basis when you are in the middle of using it. If you move your phone while waiting on your crew to arrive it will skip to next operation ex (skips crew pickup,at arrive destination and goes ahead without giving you an option, then wants you to do a wait event, before crew gets in vehicle). Does not give enough options for what you need to do or the ability to go and pickup at a different location.

Current driver. Very difficult when you can't see any notes added specific to that trip, only pickup and drop off locations selected. In many cases this info is wrong. We NEED to be able to see notes. This is costing the company a tonof unnecessary expenses because driver didn't know special requests or info that can't be added when locations are selected at creation of the trip. Thanks

For my fellow RCX drivers who are using the version of this app that shows up as the Android logo on a green background... there is hope. There is, on Google Play, an older version of this app that still works and is much better. Search "RCX" or "RCX Driver", and it's the one that has the company name in black and gold on a white background. It is stable, it won't force-change your status for "moving" it lets you see trip notes... Not perfect, but infinitely better than the current pile of trash

There was a bug fix, so at least it should work about as well as it used to. That said, it's not always that intuitive, especially when you've made your dropoff. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to inform you if s trip's been cancelled, so you don't waste your time going. Overall, it works, though can be somewhat frustrating to use sometimes. Not sure how to improve it though, as I don't know step one about app programming.
