I am very disappointed with the WOW Dialog app. I recently paid my Dialog bill through the app, but the payment status was not updated despite receiving a confirmation message that my credit card was charged. I contacted the WOW help center for assistance, but their response was inadequate and did not resolve the issue. This experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope the team can improve both the app’s reliability and customer support in the future.

You say that we can win data up to 4GB when we play mega games, but we get only 10MB rewards in 40 chances. That means we can get maximum 400MB even if we play all day...what is the solution for this? Let's say 4GB is not required...at least 1GB is good if you can give it..Now I have played for several days at different times...but there is no difference..only 10MB reward is given. So disappointing Today is also same

The worst app I ever seen. They display 20 scratch cards. I scratched all 20. But there was no any winnings. They wasting people time for damn works. Really disappointed about dialog company. What a unforgettable bad very bad experience. Others please be aware regarding this app

I'm giving it 3 stars because 1st time i downloaded it and registered it gave me 3 gb for free which I'm thankful for ! there are many other things you need to fix, i played the mega games and won 1gb but when i went to play again it all said try again i won nothing on the 2nd time which is frustrating i hope you will fix other wise it's a waste of time and data . also your referral doesn't work it didn't work for 2 numbers i don't know why , also your scratch cards but please fix this dialog...

A useful app. All in one app. This is amazing. But I gave 4 stars for a problem. When I reaload 1299/= package and I got 25 scratch cards when I want to scratch them I opened the app Thay said there is a new version update. I updated this app and when I opened it my scratch cards are not available. It happened many times to me. Please fix this 👍

I'm using this app daily. Recently I noticed you don't giving rewards for playing mega games. 10Mb×20times that also never give daily. Before 2 months there are lot rewards like 100Mb, 50Mb, 200Mb. Now it's irritating playing mega games. In scratch card also there no rewards. Only wasting our time by scratching them 1 by 1.

Hey, this app performed well at the beginning but what happened to the SCRACH CARDS!!! They do not give any reward further. I tried over 30 scratch cards but all in vein. I you could kindly fix this I would definitely give you a 5 star rating. Plz fix.

I suggest dialog not to scam people like this. I've been playing the mega games in this scamming app for the past 2-3 hours and I havent recieved a single box for tht playtime. The amount of time you have to put into this game to actually earn something is absurd. I would really appreciate if you guys could actually bring something out of this app and hopefully the players would be satisfied with some rewards they deserve for putting time into this app :(
