The app has a lot bugs, which no one tries to fix. Time to time it un-login me for no reason and I have to login again. Furthermore In order to see correct bill I have to log out and log in! "Mobile Id" authentication doesn't work with no errors. And other bugs which I can see for more than a year! And off course there is no English!

Installed it. Used it couple times. When update was pending, pressed update and it got stuck. Cleared any data left in device related to this app, checked storage, etc. Nothing worked. Can't install it anymore. As it is main mobile services in Lithuania you would expect better quality from it, but it's not the first time Bitė has let me down.

Login doesn't work. I get a bill and then I have to try to log in every day until one day it works. And any time when I want to login it doesn't work. By entering a code or using biometrics I get endless loading.

Not user friendly. Ux/ui is not good. Most of the information im looking for ia not present constantly even if the Bite agents tell me its there. Not working out of Lithuanian country borders when roaming is enebled. Alot to fix. But i dont think thats a problem lithuanian top mobile service company. Am i right ?

No other communications language makes it challenging for those who don't understand Lithuanian... Communication app with just one communication language... improve on your communication strategies.... English and French would be greatly appreciated...

The app is only in local language... There is no option of English Language... And there is no option to see how much data is left for European Countries... I have 30GB but no idea how much i have used!!!

Lack of English / Russian makes it really hard to use for a newcomer to Lithuania. You can't expect a newcomer to learn Lithuanian before he starts using the Internet, right? Also it's very unfortunate that payment notifications for my WiFi router sim are not coming here and come via SMS to my router instead.
