To change the text press the pencil button once, then look at the bottom of the screen for a white bar. Tap there and it will re-open your keyboard, allowing you to type your message. Press enter in the keyboard when done!! Bad UX design. Also there only seems to be 2 animations, and no way to save patterns?

I cannot type anything in. The keyboard just flashes then its gone. i can draw a pattern on it. It will invert when i press the upside down A icon, The flashlight icon works. Just not the pencil icon .I cannot put in my own letters, to be able to get it to say what I want. How do we fix this ? And it's been 3 weeks and still no reply. The collar is neat. But can't say to much about the app needed to operate the collar, And the company, well still will not reply to me, and or show how to fix.

Would be nice if it had a 'Save' option for Designs. And maybe more info on what type of music files it can or can't play. Not a terrible app, just needs some refinement.
