App does not work. Upon opening it you get a message asking you to wait as it's updating. I left it open for an hour and nothing happened. I've had the app for 2 weeks and tried it every now and again to see if the issue was resolved but nothing has changed. It was last updated in May last year so not sure what I was expecting.

Well, I can't say if the app is rubbish or not because I can't even get into it. All I can say is that from first impressions it's a waste of time. Why bother with a mobile app that is unusable? May as well just use the website instead and keep this junk off my phone. 1 star given because you can't choose anything less.

I can't believe anyone thought it was okay to launch an app in this current state. This is janky in every possible way, and unusable in most. The issues are too many to list. Bupa okayd this app simply because they knew people wouldn't have any choice but use this app if they're insured with Bupa via their employer. EDIT: oh wow, this app has been around for years now and it's still in this terrible state? How shameful.

It hasn't been working since I installed, always telling "please wait, Updating"... Tried both on Android and IOS. Very disappointing!

Everytime i try to log in with my BUPA credentials, i cant get past the T&C page. It gives a bad request error.

Complete waste of time, all it continually says is "please wait, updating" . Its been saying this for 2 days now. If companies want people to use apps, then at the very least, make them work!

Not working. Freezes on trying to update right after installation on a modern samsung.
