This is an App review ...The App was fantastic until a few months ago..it won't let me in beyond a sign in screen..I put in the email and it doesn't send me a code.. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling many times. Thought the most recent update might help but to no avail..The actual car service is fantastic..I've used them for years, and continue to use them..the one star is for the app not the actual car service..... it's not that I can't call but the app was so convenient...

I'd like to rate them 0 stars. Save the headache and use Uber instead. This is a terrible car service company. Waited over 30 minutes after I booked my car through the app to call the station and ask what was going on. Was told by the dispatcher; "there are no cars in your area, you have to wait about 15mins". Over an hour later (totaled almost 2 hours) I downloaded Uber, they came in 4 mins and at the same estimated price with a nice car and friendly driver..

App is not working. It's not allowing me to add my credit card. It restart after clicking add. Also there is no option to delete old credit card. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not help! I have spoken to the staff several times about this issue & no one seems to care.

Would love to use this app but I forgot my password and when I request the link to reset it, I dont receive the email link. Please fix! I notice no one bothers to respond when anyone reports issues. Wd indicate you dont really care about your customers & dont want to bother with them. Am considering uninstalling.

Very rude behavior of drivers. sometimes they take cash and dont return the change as it's their right to keep the left over amount. There is a change of fare as well a the same pick up and drop of locations.

I like the car service, but only used it once last summer. Now I'm unable to register as the app will not sent me a text code.

The worse dispatcher "Barbara" ever, very nasty, and definitely no communication skills with people. Should stay home if you dont know how to deal with people and questions. She was also nasty with the driver over a simple payment question.
