Not sure why you would design a charger that is only usable with an app. Fine, tried guest mode, but the app doesn't expose the form fields as a credit card field, so Android can't automatically fill in the credit card details. Ok, I'll just copy the card nuber to clipboard and paste it into the app. After long holding the credit card field to bring up the paste popup, the app just crashes. Tried it ~5 times and still the same. I'll just use someone else's chargers, since this is unusable.

Loading stations don't work (at least with Tesla it is absolutely random and not predictable if they load a single watt), so avoid this loading stations as if your life depens on it.

Worked fine first time I used it on a charger near my place. Could not start charging a few days later when on the trip. It kept asking for credit card over and over and would not go past that step. In short, useless.

The subscription is a scam. Charging with a paid monthly subscription is more expensive than just charging without and paying by card.

Useless. You can only configure your smart box wall charger at home if you pay 5 euro a month for public charging which I do not intend to do. If I had known I would not have bought the eon wallbox.

When scanning a charging point, it recognizes it but shows absolutely no button to start charging - you have to select it via map view.

5 eur per month for a one time use charge while away, nope. Works ok in Germany, but don't rely on it to be useful when travelling...

Charging stations in my region don't accept cc payment. Require registering. Registration & subsequent monthly fee is not acceptable for infrequent/occasional use.
