Scanned the app at the store after a purchase. Received no points. Tried to enter information in the app for "missed transaction". No luck there either. Tried to contact customer service about missed transaction online and was asked to sign in and received a message "UH Oh! We're unable to sign you in". Tried to reopen the app and was kicked out of it with the same message. Now, I can't get back in the app or enter my missed transaction. A lot of problems with this app.

Very frustrating. You can't order a dozen original glazed. When you go to doughnuts section it only offers a dozen classic assorted, or a dozen custom assorted. If you try to manually add 12 original glazed you can only add 11. The home screen shows order now for a dozen original glazed but if you click order now, it takes you to the same doughnuts screen with the same options and didn't put the original glazed dozen in my cart. I had to drive to the store and tell them what I wanted. Boo.

This app is terrible to navigate it is extremely difficult to navigate and deletes your information is the struggle to put in your order it is a struggle to look at the menu without having to decide whether you want to pick up delivery instead of just shopping on the app and it is hard to put in your address even if it's an address they have delivered to a couple times before it rejects it

Useless since update! I've had this app for atleast 10 years and never an issue. However, with the recent update (I updated 8/31/24), I tried to place an order and it told me there was an error with my gift card. It showed the amount, so it definitely recognized it. So I deleted the gift card and was trying to pay with credit card and still had problems. After my purchase in store, I had to log my "missed" transaction and getting another error message. So basically it is useless now.

This app is buggy all the time. The latest issue is one that prevents me from making a purchase when I try to use my gift card. I keep getting an error when I push the Place Order button. It keeps saying "Unable to apply giftcard. Check that the card number is correct and that it contains sufficient balance." This happens even though it knows that there's $15 on it because it applies as a subtotal line item.

Not my favorite app. It makes me re-login all the time. Wish I could really track and see how many points I've earned from recent orders.. you just kind of have to trust that it was awarded correctly. They could do a better job of having messages and advertising new donuts, although I do appreciate the exclusive app offers.

I have had this app for at least two years now, and I haven't had this many issues since its last update. I have been trying to reach out to app support.... crickets. I also have been trying to use my birthday rewards for several weeks....donut just swirls around and around. I signed into the app from my email to access my birthday rewards and to order a drink. I go to check out and the cart disappeared. I was able to get it back but I couldn't remove the items from the cart. Now points missing

I have tried several times over the last 2 months to place orders and EVERYTIME I get through the whole process of adding everything we want and then address of delivery just to get the cart and it delete everything and say there was an issue. I soend 10 minutes everytime trying to redo it all over and over again and I'm sick of it. If this doesn't get fixed ASAP, I will start going to another donut place
