I have rarely used an app this bad. First, at least on Pixel 9 pro, the back button is not usable. I hit it all day and it does nothing. Then, swiping to go back, as it works on literally every other app I have ever used on Android, closes the app Now as if the UX wasn't bad enough, you can't even make a create your own on the app anymore. You can't do a simple cookies and creme. If you don't want a signature selection, well you're screwed The app used to be good but it is horrible now

Just wanted to update this app is still awful and not functional. When you enter instructions the text is white in a white text box so you have to highlight it to be able to read it. I just got a new phone and now I cannot log into the app. No Longer Able to Reorder - when I am placing a mobile order I normally just reorder from a previous order because my husband and I always get the same thing and the app was super glitchy and I wasn't able to reorder.

This app has no order confirmation screen ... just takes you back to the checkout screen with Pay at the bottom. So, a person doesn't know if their card and/or order went through. Apparently for some dumb reason, the store here turns their online ordering system off 2 hours before they close, which is useless. Without the order confirmation or a popup asking if I wanted to place the order for tomorrow (which most apps do), I drove 20 minutes up to Cold Stone to pick up shakes that weren't made

the app is horrible, when you place the order and go put in your card it shows that it did not take but then when you go and put the card again it says the order has been processed. The app is very slow and needs major work. Also it never shows the expiration dates on the coupons

This app is held together with duct tape and string... any action is delayed, the errors dont even have codes, when checking out the order it takes a good 5 minutes for the app to say anything (i get the email confirmation first while the app just stays showing the payment screen) I'm shocked orders can be sent through at times...

I LOVE ICE CREAM Especially from Cold Stone Creamery. The App seems to be very capable and up to date to my needs of looking up items and now ordering. I was hesitant at 1st to use the app for ordering. But I hope all goes well when I finally get my 1st order I made on here today.

horrible app. Customizing creations doesn't do anything, special instructions cannot be seen as you are typing as the text is white. The payment screen does not scroll and the last two fields are covered by the keyboard, once payment was entered and submitted, nothing happened but I got an email saying my order was confirmed.
Infinite Volumes
Love the choices and the pictures that show what it is. What I do not like is the app not working properly. For instance, when trying to order pickup, it doesn't give an option to choose your size for the "freezer" option. I want to order alot for my family but can't due to the app having a flaw.
