literally horrible. It asks for you to verify multiple times even though you gave them your card, phone number, identity, and more. I tried recently verifying again with my identity but it just gave an error and asked for my card?? yeah my phone is really bad but not this level bad. Nothing really works in this app and it's super dumb that they use your ram and storage for a fancy UI that could've been way simpler and way better. Overall, still can't use it because it doesn't think I'm verified.

Worst app I have ever seen .I am trying to book 30 minutes cab from three phones My phone is also in the networking area but it is repeatedly showing that we are trying to connect you.And this isn't something that happens today, this happens every time even the support button doesn't work When I was booking from their website, it was showing an error and saying that you should download the app for good assistance .But the same is the case with apps. Ola is better than you and rapido too

Sometimes, the location specified in the Uber app may vary depending upon the high usage or traffic over the app. I also concern that many Uber auto drivers in Uber app requires extra amount than specified amount in the app, upto RS 50 extra. And there are lots of features are missing like, selecting location in map, Rewards, offers, lack of location options, wrong location etc.,,

We are finding difficulty in choosing ride. Pick up location should be by default current location, unless we choose something else. The App is extremely slow and doesn't show location on the map, to confirm. There is no way to identify if the driver is on the right way for pickup. Every time the app insists to check the box to know whether it's a human or a bot using it. Unlike previously it doesn't retain the home, work address. Overall app isn't user friendly or lite.

The app was good before, don't understand why it is giving problems now, map doesn't work properly, to save a location you either have to find the name of exact place in their list or manually choose the location from the world map. When entering the pickup and drop location you cant zoom in or out easily. Please fix this

What a frustrating new app update. Map zooming is not smooth, hence manual destination selection gets difficult. More than that if map is moved downside it's gets refresh the page due to slide down. I don't know why Uber introduced Slide down Refresh feature. Need to fill information everytime.
